Yes! chess.rodeo is completely free to use. You can analyze unlimited games from Chess.com, Lichess, or upload PGN files without any subscription or payment. We believe every chess player deserves access to quality game analysis.
What chess engine do you use?▼
We use Stockfish 17, the strongest open-source chess engine in the world. Analysis runs on our servers at depth 15+, with many positions pre-analyzed at depth 20+ from the Lichess database for instant results.
How is accuracy calculated?▼
We use the same accuracy formula as Lichess. Each move's centipawn loss is converted to win probability, then averaged across all moves. This gives you a percentage that reflects how close your moves were to the engine's top choices.
Can I analyze games from any chess platform?▼
You can directly import games from Chess.com and Lichess using your username. For other platforms, export your games as PGN files and upload them here. We support multi-game PGN files too!
How does batch analysis work?▼
