Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer by KOZDEV LLC (TIN 7100066350, PSRN 1257100005766) and defines the terms of use of the chess.rodeo service. Payment for services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. By using chess.rodeo, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
chess.rodeo provides chess game analysis services, including:
- Import and analysis of games from Chess.com and Lichess
- PGN file analysis
- Move classification and accuracy scores
- Opening detection and batch analysis
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Pro Subscription
Pricing
Pro subscription is available at the following prices:
- Monthly: ₽490/month (Russia) or $7.99/month (international)
- Yearly: ₽3,690/year (Russia only)
- Lifetime: ₽9,990, one payment (Russia only)
First-day prices
A signed-in user gets reduced prices for the first 24 hours after their account is created: ₽390/month, ₽2,950/year and ₽7,990 for lifetime access (Russia only). A subscription taken out at a reduced price renews at that price.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is paid for once and does not renew. Pro features stay available for as long as the chess.rodeo service operates. You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase (section 5).
Service Delivery
Pro features are activated immediately after successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Pro status is reflected in your account settings within seconds of payment completion. Pro access to auto-import, Study Moments, Opening Mistakes, the repertoire builder and course trainer, the coach (work on your mistakes, puzzles from your own games, and a training plan), watermark-free game videos, and related advanced insights becomes available instantly.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except the 14-day money-back window (section 5).
Billing Schedule
Charges are processed automatically by the payment provider at the start of each billing period (monthly, or yearly for the annual plan), starting from your subscription date. You can cancel anytime in your account settings.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the start of the new billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Within 14 days of purchase we will refund the full amount on request, no questions asked. Send refund requests to support@chess.rodeo with your account details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on chess.rodeo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of chess.rodeo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
chess.rodeo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
