Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer by KOZDEV LLC (TIN 7100066350, PSRN 1257100005766) and defines the terms of use of the chess.rodeo service. Payment for services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. By using chess.rodeo, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

chess.rodeo provides chess game analysis services, including:

  • Import and analysis of games from Chess.com and Lichess
  • PGN file analysis
  • Move classification and accuracy ratings
  • Opening detection and batch analysis

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Premium Subscription

Pricing

Premium subscription is available at the following prices:

  • Monthly: $5/month (390 RUB)
  • Yearly: $50/year (3,900 RUB)

Service Delivery

Premium features are activated immediately after successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Premium status is reflected in your account settings within seconds of payment completion. All premium features (auto-import, unlimited storage, priority analysis queue) become available instantly.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Billing Schedule

Charges are processed automatically every 30 days for monthly subscriptions or every 365 days for yearly subscriptions, starting from your subscription date. We'll notify you by email 3 days before each charge.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the start of the new billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you have not significantly used the premium features. Refund requests should be sent to chess@koz.tv with your account details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on chess.rodeo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of chess.rodeo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

chess.rodeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
